Once you have uploaded your file we will match it to the 118 database and you will receive an email once its ready. You will then be able to exclude it from your selection.


Previously uploaded files

Excluding TPS/CTPS records...

Choose to exclude companies whose telephone numbers are registered on TPS (Telephone Preference Service) and/or CTPS (Corporate Telephone Preference Service.)

The Telephone Preference Service (TPS) is a central opt out register whereby individuals can register their wish not to receive unsolicited sales and marketing telephone calls. It is a legal requirement that companies do not make such calls to numbers registered on the TPS.

The Corporate Telephone Preference Service (CTPS) is the central opt out register whereby corporate subscribers can register their wish not to receive unsolicited sales and marketing telephone calls to either all their organisation's telephone numbers, or to certain numbers. It is a legal requirement that companies do not make such calls to numbers registered on the CTPS.

Selecting locations...

In this section you can add as postcodes based on the franchisees you operate.

Adding a Location

Simply start typing the postcode you require in the box - once you have typed TWO characters a suggestion list appears - either carry on typing to narrow down the list further or scroll down the list and click the one you require.

Only postcodes assigned to your franshise will appear.

Selecting industries...

In this section you can add as many industry sectors as you wish to build up the list you need. You can also restrict your selection to Head Offices / Single Sites.

Adding an Industry / Sector

Simply start typing the industry you require in the box - once you have typed THREE characters a suggestion list appears - either carry on typing to narrow down the list further or scroll down the list and click the one you require. After selecting your option will appear on the right.

In the list that drops down you will see different categories:

  • Easy Sectors - Very specific lists enabling you to select exactly what you need
  • Sub Sectors - Groupings of Easy Sectors - enabling general areas of industry to be selected in one go.
  • Major Sectors - Main industry segments such as 'Retail', 'Manufacturing' etc
  • 2007 SIC Codes - These are Standard Industrial Classifications - a system for classifying industries by a four-digit code

Removing Industries

To remove an industry that you have added simply click the red cross next to it in the selection list on the right hand side of the screen.

Single Site / Head Office / Branch

Just select the most appropriate option in this drop down that suits your requirements.

Restricting by company size...

In this section you can restrict your selection by Employee Size.

You can add as many of the ranges as you like to get the exact list you require. All employee sizes are based PER SITE (as opposed to the whole chain for large companies)


Removing Ranges

To remove an employee range that you have added simply click the red cross next to it in the selection list on the right hand side of the screen.

Contact name choices...

The vast majority of our data has a senior contact name available for the business. However some businesses do not have a contact name available. If you specifically wish to avoid purchasing records where no contact name is available then simply select: "Senior Contact (Exclude records where there is no contact)"

Additional Job Roles

At the purchase stage after you have selected your list you can add additional contacts in specific roles where we have them. Just click on one of the prices in the count section to see these options.

Choosing the list type you need...

Once you have made the selection you require and the count of companies is what you need there are two choices to make:

Choose the type of list you want:

  • Business List – This includes full company name, postal address, senior contact details, telephone number, TPS/CTPS flag.
  • Business List with an Email when Available - This includes full company name, postal address, senior contact details, telephone number, TPS/CTPS flag, email address when available.
  • Business List and Email Only when Email is Available - This includes full company name, postal address, senior contact details, telephone number, TPS/CTPS flag. Every record will contain an email address.
  • Multi Use Mailing List – This includes Business Name, Full Mailing Address, Contact Name, Contact Job Title, Telephone Number, Market Sector, Employee Size. You can add email addresses where available if required.
  • Multi Use Email List - This includes Business Name, Full Mailing Address, Contact Name with Personal Email, Contact Job Title, Telephone Number, Market Sector, Employee Size. All records have an email address

Choose how you wish to use the list:

  • SINGLE USE - You can use the list ONE TIME ONLY.
  • MULTI USE - You can use the list up to 12 TIMES WITHIN 12 MONTHS OF PURCHASE

Please note our lists are seeded to detect misuse and you will be invoiced if misuse occurs in line with our terms and conditions.

Getting started...

We have tried to make our online system as simple to use as possible. In each section there are help options to guide you through.

Your basic steps are:

  • Make a selection - add industries, locations etc to make the list you need
  • Choose your list type - Mailing, Telephone or Email
  • Choose extra data elements - add employee size, other contacts etc
  • Make your payment - via credit card using our secure payment facility provided by SagePay.
  • Download your list - as soon as payment is authorised you can access your data

As you add to your list selection all your options appear on the right, to remove them simply click the red cross



Registered Users

As a registered user you can login and save/load your selections, exlude previous orders and easily manage all your past orders. Registration is free and takes just a few seconds.
